Cakes are available
in a range of tempting flavours made from
the highest quality ingredients. Clients can
choose from traditional fruit, rich chocolate,
tangy lemon, moist carrot cake and light vanilla.
Cakes can be covered in sugar
paste, chocolate paste, chocolate ganache
and marzipan, if required. Handmade sugar
flowers and figures can be added to the
design.
Traditional Fruit Cake
– Delicious fruit cake packed with
sultanas, raisins, apricots, cherries and
nuts and drizzled with brandy for three
months for a rich, boozy flavour.
Rich Chocolate Cake –
Made with real Belgian chocolate this cake
can be kept plain or layered with a creamy
chocolate ganache or mocha buttercream filling.
Tangy Lemon Cake –
A light and zesty cake with a deep lemon
taste, drizzled with lemon sugar syrup.
Can be plain or layered with lemon curd
buttercream.
Moist Carrot Cake –
Juicy carrot cake which makes a nice alternative
to traditional fruit. Can be layered with
buttercream or served plain.
Vanilla Sponge –
An old favourite, this sponge offers a lovely
light flavour. Fill it with lashings of
raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream for
a truly scrumptious cake.
